The EMS warranty is a guarantee provided by the post office for issues that occur during delivery.
The warranty claim must be filed by the recipient.
It is part of the transaction contract that you file an EMS warranty claim in the event of damage.
If the EMS warranty result is insufficient, we will consider providing a warranty and do our best to satisfy the customer.
If you do not file an EMS warranty claim, we will understand that you are not seeking a warranty, and our warranty will not be valid.
