It is operationally impossible to apply for compliance with various regulations in all countries worldwide, and such applications have not been made. Please understand this before purchasing.

Delivery time is approximately 7 to 10 days. Please allow around two weeks as it may be delayed due to weekends or other reasons. Delays are more likely during holiday periods, New Year's, Christmas season, Chinese New Year, Songkran, and vacation seasons.

Once a product with a tracking code has been shipped, its delivery is handled by the post office. Even if you contact us, we do not have any information beyond the tracking code. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please inquire directly with the post office. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellations are only possible after you have received the item. Once an order is placed, our contracted delivery company automatically begins processing it. Therefore, cancellations cannot be made until the product arrives. Please refer to our Terms of Service.
